Choose the payment plan that is best for you
SmileSaver's low prepayment fees may be paid annually by check, money order, or credit card. Or for greater convenience, choose the automatic monthly checking account withdrawal system or credit card billing. Both offer the forget-proof way to keep your coverage in force .... with less strain on your pocketbook. It's easy, reliable and automatic!

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
You may cancel your dental plan at any time for any reason and SmileSaver will pay you a prorated refund of your paid membership fees for any period remaining in your membership.

Here are answers to the questions most asked about SmileSaver's dental plans...

Can I choose my own dentist?
SmileSaver has a statewide network of dental offices, all pre-screened to meet NCQA standards of care. SmileSaver plans provide the flexibility for every family to select up to 3 different dentists from our extensive list of participating providers.

May I change my dental office if I want to?
Of course. You can call SmileSaver's Member Services Department and they will make the change for you or your dependents. They'll even assist in helping you find the right provider for your individual needs. Click on the "Find a Provider" button and search through the online database!

Are there any deductibles I should know about?
No. There are no deductibles, no claim forms, and no waiting for reimbursement. They've cut the paper work to make all SmileSaver Plans convenient and easy to use.

Are cosmetic procedures covered?
Yes! Elective procedures such as cosmetic crowns, porcelain laminates and teeth bleaching are covered benefits in all SmileSaver Plans.

Can I get orthodontic coverage?
All SmileSaver Plans provide a comprehensive orthodontic benefit. Care is provided only by Board Certified Orthodontists.

What if I need to go to a specialist?
All SmileSaver Plans provide for specialty treatment for oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric care.

What if I have a dental emergency at night or away from home?
SmileSaver understands some dental emergencies can't wait for regular office hours. As a member, you can receive emergency service seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

When will benefits begin?
Under normal circumstances, if we receive your application before the 20th of the month, your coverage should begin the first day of the following month.
