Can I choose my own dentist?
You can choose from our list of participating dentists. SmileSaver has a statewide network of private dental offices, all prescreened to meet NCQA standards of care. SmileSaver plans provide the flexibility for every family to select up to three different dentists from our extensive list of participating dentists.
May I change my dental office if I want to?
Of course. Just a phone call to our Member Services Department and they will make the change. They'll even assist in helping our members find the right provider for their individual needs. Or click on the "Find a Provider" button above and search through our online database!
Are there any deductibles I should know about?
No. There are no deductibles, no claim forms, and no waiting for reimbursement. We've cut the paper work to make all SmileSaver plans convenient and easy to use.
Is there a maximum benefit limit to my coverage?
There are no financial limits to the services you can receive.
Are cosmetic procedures covered?
Yes! Elective procedures such as cosmetic crowns, porcelain laminates and teeth bleaching are covered benefits on SmileSaver plans.
Can I get orthodontic coverage?
Yes. All SmileSaver plans provide a comprehensive orthodontic benefit. Care is provided only from Board Certified Orthodontists.
What if I need to go to a specialist?
All SmileSaver plans provide specialty treatment for oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric care.
What if I have a dental emergency at night or away from home?
We understand some dental emergencies can't wait for regular office hours. As a member of SmileSaver, you can receive emergency service seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
